have any greater facilities for illicit
importation to China through Hong kong
than arms from .S.A. In fact the attitude
of the ...overnment osciliates in accord-
ance with their response either to those
who want to limit the introduction of arms
into China or to those who are concerned
to foster exports of arms from ...1. And
throughout they ignore the fact that there
are plenty of ways of getting arms into
China without passing through Kong Kong.
